Rainbow
These few days had been raining cats and dogs. Today seems special, we saw Rainbow in the sky by looking out of the window. We seems so happy just by looking at the Rainbow. It's so simple but it make our day.

Longkang Fishing & My New Collection
It's raining heavily in the afternoon. Despite the rain, my folks still brought me out. They promised to buy me guppies for my new collection as I can tend and feed Sporty well. But sometimes I can be harsh on Sporty when he is naughty.
My Folks brought me to a fish farm just outside Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve to do Long Kang fishing. I had great fun there with all the korkor and jiejie. Actually we're not suppose to take any pictures but mama manage to take 2 secretly. Resolution not so good cos it's camera phone.

After fishing we went searching for guppies at this fish farm. But they were all sold out. We then drive to Old Choa Chu Kang Road to Qian Hu Fish Farm to get them. Total Damaged S$12. Then mummy saw there's also a Long Kang fishing for kids. It is much cleaner and bigger in space. Maybe that will be my 2nd fishing trip. Right mummy? Heehee

Bumboat Ride
Yesterday Mama was asking whether my papa is jealous. The answer is No.... Because today Papa is bringing me to bumboat ride without my mama. Wahahaha :P
Today is Greatgrandma 100 days , my mama is going to pray so left me with papa. Papa brought me to bumboat ride and lunch at Wakaru. I ate 3/4 of spaghetti and got alot of complimentary toy from them too. My Papa really did a great job in taking care of me, even my mama not around. Kudos to Papa and I love you.

Valentine's Day 2009
Valentine's Day today, yesterday at school we were asked to draw a heart shape and colour and present it to our folks. Mama commented it nicely done up and give me a kiss and a hug in return.
As for today, my mama is going to celebrate Valentine's Day with me. Just the 2 of us, our Papa is working for the day. We going to Jurong Bird Park under the STB promotion, the ticket come free for that day as we are within the 2009 customer.
We took mrt and bus to Jurong Bird Park, I'm so excited when taking public transport and I was very well behave too. Upon going to the entrance, Mama got to fill up a form to get the free ticket, we were given a map for it.
I really enjoy the day with my Mama. Papa are you jealous?????
By the way my Mama don't believe in Valentine, Yes it might be a good reason to celebrate and present gifts. To my mama as long Papa and me are healthy, listen to her always, letting her throw her nuisance without rebuke, everyday to her will be a Valentine's Day. Wahahaha :P Mama what a good excuse you have made...

Achievement in School
It started like that, We as a Cherie Hearts student got to purchase English and Chinese reader. So every 2 Weeks we got to master it.
Today my Mama fetch me from school, my teacher came out to chat with her. Teacher start to say that out of 18 students only 4 students made it for the reader. Mama thought I'm the one who did not make it,and was waiting for teacher to complaint. Teacher say I'm the one of the 4, my mama was shock. But I know she is very happy and proud of me.
Hahaha:P that make her a happy mood for the day and I was offer a Ben and Jerry ice-cream. Mama called Papa to tell her the good news on what teacher have said. He was surprise too as we don't teach him much when we are at home. We rather bring him out to play than studying when we are together as a family.
What my folks can say is Kudos to teacher and me for being such a good boy in school.

My Uncle Birthday
Today is my Uncle birthday, Mama brought a durian cake from Emicake but paid by Popo. Heehee :P

In mid afternoon, mama went to Cherie Hearts to listen to the cirriculum that I'm going to thru for the year. Happen to see Papa in school too and that surprised mama. Papa also very anxious to see what the teacher had been teaching.
My folks find the curriculum that the school planned are good and specific and I will be in good hands. Any enrichment classes that will be coming up? Yes... Cherie Hearts will be having this Theatrical Programme. I will be attending the English and Chinese programmes but of cos we got to pay extra fee for that. Mama was looking forward to that as it will fun and I will be able to learn alot of thing from there too.
The ‘Theatrical Kids’
Recognizing the importance of ARTS education in young children’s holistic development, Cherie Hearts offers The ‘Theatrical Kids’, a comprehensive arts programme in Chinese & English which comprises the four components of arts – drama, music, dance and visual arts. Each session, the children will experience different forms of arts specially conducted by 2 separate performing arts specialists who are currently also active in the arts scene in Singapore. In addition to the regular class sessions, the children will also be given opportunities to visit performances and other art exhibitions. In Cherie Hearts, we strongly believe that the best way to communicate your child’s progress is through watching them applying what they have learnt in a fun and meaningful way. To the children, being able to perform and showcase their talents will help them build their confidence and self-esteem, and develop their personalities.
The Bridging Year Curriculum For the Year
The Bridging Years enhances on what the children have been exposed to in Jump Start Years and introduces learning experiences to develop children’s various intelligences as identified in the following areas: -
* Aesthetic & Creative
* Environmental Awareness
* Language & Literacy
* Motor Development
* Mathematical Thinking
* Self & Social Awareness
The curriculum is carried out in a conducive learning environment where children are given opportunities to explore and extend their learning using various learning centres. This helps to cultivate a positive ‘I can learn’ attitude among the children. The activities, materials and games in the learning centres are specially designed to engage children in their thinking and active learning. This helps support the planned lessons, reinforces the concepts by revisiting, and promotes self-directed, independent and co-operative play and learning.
The School Readiness Programme for Kindergarten 2 children is a holistic approach designed specially to help the children transit smoothly from pre-school to the formal system in Primary School. The School Readiness Programme will emphasize on academic achievements, nurture and prepare children for the social and emotional adjustments that they will face in a Primary One school setting.
These experiences will help children for the SEED programme – Strategies for Effective Engagement and Development programme that has been introduced in Primary 1.

Megan's Place
Megan's invited us to her play for Pot Luck and Yu Sheng. Early in the morning my folks went to market to purchase nuggets, samaso, hotdog and Ngo xiang. Mama fried the foods at 1300hr and we bath and head of to Megan's Place.

大年初六 2009
Today is 大年初六 2009. We got 2 places to go. One is Papa and Mama schoolmates and another one is Papa Lion Dance Troupe Friends.
Location 1 - Uncle KC House
We reached Uncle KC house at 1400hr, we saw Uncle Weeliang, Uncle Fuxing , Aunty Cynthia and alot alot more. My Mama was amused by Baby Owen, she commented he smile so sweetly to her. Initally I'm jealous of mama carrying him but after awhile her wish are granted. Heehee :P We had buffet and 捞鱼生 hope for a better 2009 and HUAT HUAT HUAT in Oxspicious 牛 Year. Location 2 - Uncle Peter House
My folks and me reached their carpark at 1715hr but I was sleeping. My folks let me sleep and they chat in the lorry. An hour-plus passed, no choice mama woke me up. There are a huge crowd at Uncle Peter house and I was assigned to Nicholas 哥哥. He's a golf player, he went to a few countries for competition so far. Nicholas 哥哥 doted on me, he even teach me how to play golf. He told my Mama I played very well.
There are 2 rooms. One is boy room and another is a girl room. I belong to the boy room, all the 哥哥 inside take very good care of me. While my folks enjoyed themselves outside to chat and play card.
